The Dahua NVR5216-16P-I/L is a 16 Channel 1U 2HDDs 16PoE WizMind Network Video Recorder. It supports Smart H.265+, H.265, Smart H.264+, H.264, and MJPEG formats. The NVR handles up to 4 channels of video metadata and offers perimeter protection with up to 12 channels and SMD Plus.

Additionally, it supports up to 4 channels of face recognition with a processing rate of up to 16 face pictures per second and can manage up to 20 face databases containing 200,000 face images in total. PoE ports 1-8 support ePoE and EoC.
